- SACH provides life-saving cardiac surgery in Israel from developing countries and houses them for pre-operative and post-operative care at the SACH children's home.
- SACH provides a full outreach training program for the medical personnel from these countries.
- SACH holds an open cardiology clinic every Tuesday for Palestinian children from the West Bank and Gaza.
- SACH travels to developing countries in order to evaluate pre and post operative patients with local personnel in joint cardiology clinics; operate on patients together with local personnel in those partner sites that have the minimum required standards in terms of infrastructure and personnel; and offers onsite training in the related fields of cardiology, cardiac surgery, intensive care, anesthesia, etc.
